Aiz Wallenstein

Aiz Wallenstein, also known as the Sword Princess, is a First-Class Adventurer and a key member of the Loki Familia. Among the small fraction of First-Class Adventurers, she is considered one of the strongest. Aiz is considered a very beautiful woman with long blonde hair, golden eyes, and a slender body. She can usually be spotted with knight-like outfit consisting of a metal headband while wearing a blue backless outfit and metal leg plate.

Aiz is a quiet and silent person who doesn't talk much, and is bad at expressing her feelings through words. Aiz shown to be serious and merciless toward monsters during her missions in the dungeon, but unlike her teammate, Bete, she doesn't look down on the weak. Aiz is believed to be an airhead, namely due to her quiet nature. Aiz is very strong-willed, doing everything to reach her goal---"to become even stronger". Aiz appears to be somewhat clueless toward people confessing their love toward her, and rejects anyone asking for courtship. She also tends to react violently whenever someone does anything remotely perverted to her (For example, her Goddess Loki). Aiz entered Loki’s Familia at the age of 7. In the underground dungeon she carried everybody’s luggage. Aiz was able to reach Level 2 within a year, and became the fastest person to reach Level 2 at that time, until Bell Cranel broke that record and they make up each other.  When Bell was cornered by a Minotaur and was facing a near-death experience, Aiz came and defeated it. In the evening, she went to the Hostess of Fertility to have a celebration regarding the completion of an expedition with Loki Familia. Little did she know that he was there. Soon, a beastman youth started talking bad about the boy she saved, The boy, after hearing it, ran out of the restaurant. Seeing him and hearing his name, she too followed him out but stopped at the entrance while seeing the boy disappear. Loki came along to rest on her, but feeling Loki touching her body uncomfortable, she gave the Goddess a slap.

During the time Loki and Freya had a meeting, she was brought along since Loki wanted to date her. While the meeting was held, she just stood there quietly waiting and gazing at the two Goddesses. Shortly after, Freya suddenly left the place, and she just stared out the window while leaving Loki in a state of confusion. While on the date with Loki, there heard the news of the escaped monsters from Eina and the guild members. With Loki asking Aiz to help, they did assist in defeating the monsters except the Silverback. Enquiring of the Silverback, they heard it was killed by one hit by a white haired boy. Then, Aiz saw the boy running past her carrying a girl in his arms. Freya, watching Bell and Aiz train, orders Allen Flomel to give her a warning. Allen takes the Gulliver Brothers and several other Level 1 Freya Familia members with them to ambush them on their way back from the training at night. Dressed in full black with visors covering their faces, Allen and the Gulliver Brothers attack Aiz while the Level 1 adventurers attack Bell and Hestia. Bell fought back against the adventurers and Hestia realized that they seemed to be testing his strength. After fighting back against the adventurers, Bell sees Allen attack Aiz and quickly uses Firebolt at him. The resulting Firebolt covered the area in fire. Satisfied, Allen and the Gulliver Brothers retreat while saying that they would report his growth to their master. Bell, Lili, and Welf headed down to the middle floors for the first time after forming a party. While there, they are passed on a whole group of monsters by Yamato Mikoto, Kashima Ouka, Hitachi Chigusa, and three other adventurers from the Takemikazuchi Familia. Overwhelmed and near death, they try escaping using Lili's items and succeed for a temporary amount of time. Through Lili's advice the party decides to head to Rivira on the 18th Floor, a floor where no monsters are born. To help their party, Hestia organizes a party consisting of her, Hermes, Asfi Al Andromeda, Ryuu Lyon, Mikoto, Ouka, and Chigusa. Later on, Bell, Liliruca, and Welf reach the 18th Floor only to be confronted by the Goliath. Having no way of fighting it in their current condition, Bell narrowly managed to escape while carrying Lili and Welf. They successfully escape but start to lose when consciousness when Aiz saves them. Aiz brought them to the Loki Familia camp near Rivira. She revealed that they were on their way back from an expedition but they were camping there for a few days to treat injuries. Aiz takes Bell to meet Finn Deimne, Riveria Ljos Alf, and Gareth Landrock. On the way back, Bell met Tione Hiryute and Tiona Hiryute, discovering that they saw his status after the fight with the minotaur. He was surprised that Tiona referred to him as "Argonaut-kun". After the introductions Bell returned to his tent to talk with Lili and Welf. The Loki Familia invite them to eat with them and Bell sat between Aiz and Lili. Later on, Tione and Tiona forced themselves next to him and asked him about how to get all skills to S. Bell didn't know if "hard work" was a valid answer and was saved when he heard a loud sound. Bell, Lili, Welf, and Aiz go to investigate and found the rescue party. After discussing the situation, the party members decide to spend a couple days with the Loki Familia. Bell also made a promise with Aiz to have her guide him through Rivira the following day. During breakfast the following day Bell is served a sweet fruit making him leave as he didn't like extremely sweet food. While walking around Aiz appeared and asked about him. Bell made an excuse that he was looking for the entrance to the 19th Floor and Aiz apparently seemed to believe it. Aiz asks if she is a bother to which Bell accidentally lets slip that he was happy that she was with him and quickly tries to hide it. Aiz calls Bell by his name for the first time, making him even more joyous on the inside. However, Hestia appeared to ruin the moment and drag Bell off. During the afternoon Tiona invites Tione, Aiz, Hestia, Asfi, Mikoto, and Chigusa to go bathing in the river. At the same time Hermes invites Bell to go somewhere with him. After traveling through the forest for a while, Hermes revealed that they were going to peek at the women bathing in the river. Bell, not wanting to do something like that, tried to take Hermes back with him to their camp. Hermes struggled against him and the two fell down to the river. They are then spotted by the seven girls. Tione and Tiona are impressed by his daring and make no effort to cover themselves from Bell, while Hestia, Asfi, Mikoto, and Chigusa are embarrassed by the presence of the two men. Bell's gaze ends up on Aiz near the waterfall and he saw her completely naked as well. Embarrassed, Bell runs as fast as he can out of the area and into the woods.

Riveria Ljos Alf

Riveria Ljos Alf is part of the Elven royal family and a deputy leader in the Loki Familia. Riveria is a tall Elven beauty with sparkling emerald coloured hair reaching to the waist and tied in a tail. She has a pair of sharp pointy ears, and a pair of clear jade coloured eyes. Riveria has a serious personality. She is one of the only people that didn't laugh at Bell and condemned the others for laughing at him. She was born in the Elves' native home and was a companion of the mother of Eina Tulle. By the time Eina was born, they both had already left their native home. Riveria would often can tell when Eina was keeping secrets. Some time later she went to join the Loki Familia.

The day after the Monsterphilia, Aiz was in the inner garden of the Loki Familia home, readjusting her stance with her sword. While she was practicing, Lefiya appeared and asked about her sword skills, to which she told her that she learned from her father. As she asked more about her parents, Riveria appeared and took Lefiya back to her studies. Later that morning, Aiz made her way to the dining room to eat breakfast. Upon arriving she encounters Bete who was concerned with what he said to her while drunk. She greets him and makes her way over to a table to eat breakfast with Tiona and Lefiya. Tiona asked her if she had anything to do to which she revealed that she needed to go to the dungeon to make up the 40,000,000 valis she owed to the Goibniu Familia for destroying a sword that she borrowed during the Monsterphilia. The three decide to head to the dungeon and invited Tione to come with them. She was reluctant to go with them until Tiona brought up that they were planning on asking Finn to come with them. Upon hearing that Tione's mood instantly changed and she agreed to come along. Finn agreed to come along with them and Riveria joined as well. The dungeon exploration group met up at the Babel at the determined time and entered the dungeon. The strength of their party easily allowed them to get to Rivira on the 18th Floor within no time. Upon arriving, they noticed that the city was in an uproar and learn that a murder happened at Villy's inn. The party made its way there but couldn't get close due to the crowd. Finn forced his way through the crowd and Tione tried to follow but was forced out. Concerned about Finn, Tione threatened the crowd and they opened up a path for the party to go through.

Inside of the inn, the party reached the room and found the dead body along with the inn owner Villy and Bors Elder. Bors expressed his annoyance at the Loki Familia and the Freya Familia for thinking they could do anything they want but didn't try to kick them out. Villy explained the situation, revealing that the dead man was wearing full plate armor hiding his face and was with a woman that hid her face. Finn quickly realized what their intentions were causing Lefiya to go red from the thought. Aiz was concerned that Lefiya had suddenly gone red and asked her about it but she told her to not worry about it. While those assembled discussed the situation, Bors had a vial of Status Thief brought to find out who the dead man was. Riveria and Aiz read the dead man's status and revealed that he was named Hashana Dorlia and was from the Ganesha Familia. Alarmed at the information, Bors revealed to them that Hashana was a Level 4, which would mean that the killer was a Level 5 or higher. Finn had everyone on the 18th Floor assemble in front of the inn. The split to check everyone though the women wanted Finn to check them. While checking people Aiz spotted Lulune Lui acting suspicious and chased after her and Lefiya followed. Lulune was fearful of getting murdered and revealed to them that she met Hashana earlier to receive a pack from him to take to the surface. She showed them the contents of the pack which was an green orb with what appeared to be a baby monster inside of it. Aiz reacted strangely to the orb and almost collapsed. At this point the hooded woman unleashed her monsters on the town while she confronted Aiz. The woman, Levis, revealed that she escaped being found by wearing the skin of the dead man over her face. She then mistook Aiz for Aria and attacked her. Aiz drew the battle away from Lefiya and Lulune and told them to go help the others. Aiz and Levis fought each other and Levis gained the upper hand even with Aiz using Ariel. Aiz tried to convince her that she wasn't Aria but Levis wouldn't listen after seeing her magic, stating that it was Aria's magic. She was about to defeat Aiz when Finn and Riveria intervened. Riveria used her magic to make her move and Finn knocked Levis away with a punch to her face. Levis judged their strength as Level 6 and retreated with the green orb. The party decided to retreat except for Aiz who wanted to fight some monsters. She was still in shock about how Levis easily handled her without difficulty. Finn agreed to her request as long as she went with Riveria. Aiz and Riveria continued on and Aiz defeated a Floor Boss by herself. On their way back, Aiz and Riveria encountered a collapsed Bell. Riveria checks on him and figures out that he caused a mind zero after using magic too much. Aiz recognized him immediately, causing Riveria to ask her who he was. She explained the whole incident at the Hostess of Fertility and her desire to apologize to him. Riveria suggested that she should give him a lap pillow and headed off to the surface to leave the two alone together. Aiz took her words and gave Bell a lap pillow while defending him from monsters that tried to attack them. Bell woke up a little while later and mistook her for his mother and an illusion before realizing the situation. He quickly became red and embarrassed, causing him to run from her at high speed. Aiz was surprised and sadness filled her as she stared after the passageway that Bell disappeared into.

Finn Deimne

Finn Deimne is the head of the Loki Familia under Loki. Finn has a clear mind. The memorization ability enables him to completely grasp the complex and huge dungeon. The ability to judge correctly, allowing him to take action without any hesitation. And the experience that lets him find the best solution. Finn came to Orario to bring hope to the Pallum race. The Pallum race believed in the Goddess Fiona, which was actually a group of knights that had been deified. When they realized that Fiona didn't exist, the Pallum race fell into a decline. Finn went to Orario to give hope and pride for the Pallum currently in the world and those that would be born in the future.

Hermes

Hermes is the head of the Hermes Familia. The day after Bell's battle with the minotaur, Hestia reveals to him that defeating the minotaur raised his level, and also tells Bell that he gained the skill Argonaut. After having a laugh at learning that Bell wanted to be a hero, Hestia told him that she was going to the Denatus, the God's Meeting, as she was invited since Bell leveled up. At the Denatus, Hestia, Takemikazuchi, Hermes, Loki, Freya, Ishtar, Ganesha, Set, and several other Gods assembled to talk and decide on aliases. Set pleaded for a normal alias for Seti Selty but his pleas were rejected as Seti received the alias of Burning Fighting Fighter. Takemikazuchi also asked for the same but his pleas were rejected by the other Gods for being a "natural gigolo" and Yamato Mikoto was given the alias of Zetsu Ei. The Gods were surprised when they reached Bell's name and Loki accused Hestia of using illegal methods to raise his level. However, Freya came to her rescue and swayed all of the male Gods to her side. With Freya's intervention, Bell's alias was decided on as Little Rookie. After the Denatus Loki told Hestia to be wary of Freya as she had protected Bell.

Once Hermes said the name everyone in the room instantly showed murderous intent toward him, ready to destroy any threat toward their fellow members. Ryuu asked Hermes if he was threatening her to which he replied that he wasn't and that he simply wanted her to help them rescue Bell from the Dungeon. Syr also asked Ryuu to save Bell. Not wanting to disappoint Ryuu and not wanting to let Bell die either, Ryuu agreed to come. Arnya, Chloe, Lunoire, and the others cheered her on and promised to make up an excuse for her. Ryuu thanked them and left the Hostess of Fertility to prepare. While Bell, Lili, and Welf rested with the Loki Familia on the 18th Floor, they invited them to eat with them and Bell sat between Aiz and Lili. Hermes, Takemikazuchi, Mikoto quickly averted their gazes to prevent themselves from being captivated by her beauty while Asfi didn't even bother to look. After looking around the banquet, Freya's gaze turned to Bell and she walked over to him. Freya asked him if he could show her a dream that night but Hestia quickly rejected her offer and snapped Bell out of Freya's beauty. Ottar bowed to them as they left and Loki approached with Aiz soon after. Loki wore a suit while Aiz wore a green dress which captivated Bell instantly and he thought that her beauty rivaled Freya's own beauty. Loki complained to Hestia about her entrance being shadowed by Freya while Aiz talked with Bell. Hestia noticed that Loki was wearing a suit and took the opportunity to make a jab at her flat chest. This enraged Loki, making her counter with her claim that Aiz was better than Bell. The situation escalated into a argument on whose Familia member was better. In the end Hestia dragged Bell off while Loki dragged Aiz off. Bell wanted to talk to her more but knew that normally they wouldn't even have the opportunity to be with each other.

Overwhelmed by the rich atmosphere of the banquet, Bell took a moment to rest near a balcony. While there he overheard bits of a conversation between Hyacinthus and Zanis Lustra with his improved senses. He is then approached by Hermes who was wondering if Bell was going to dance. He asked Bell whether he had a girl in mind and Bell's gaze fell on Aiz. Hermes saw this and a smirk formed on his face. Hermes dragged Bell across the room to Aiz against his will. Hestia and Loki were still in the midst of an argument and Aiz didn't know what to do. Seeing Bell and Hermes approach, she left the two Gods to talk with them. Bell was horrified when Hermes asked Aiz to a dance and Aiz herself didn't know what to do. She was about to decline his offer when Hermes made up an excuse of having something to do and forced Bell to ask her for a dance instead of him. Bell was extremely nervous but managed to ask Aiz to dance with him, which she happily accepted. Bell led Aiz out to the dance floor hand in hand. They began dancing although both of them didn't know how to dance. After several errors, the pair received advice from Takemikazuchi and Mikoto as they danced past them. Bell and Aiz took this advice and their dancing improved. Aiz revealed to Bell that this was her first time dancing with someone. Although the two were enjoying their time together, there were others in the room that didn't like them being together. Hestia and Loki noticed them dancing and tried to stop them. Fortunately, Hermes noticed the situation and had Asfi restrain the two Goddesses and take them out to the balcony. Across the room, Freya was also unhappy with the situation and asked Ottar if he could bring a group of minotaur into the banquet, to which he replied that it was impossible. Bell and Aiz finished their dance and headed to the balcony to meet their respective Goddess. Both Goddesses were in a bad mood and tried forcing them to dance when Apollo appeared. Apollo announced to those gathered that he was planning on challenging Hestia to a War Game. Hestia, realizing that the whole fight in the bar was staged, became angry and quickly dragged Bell out of the banquet before anything else happened. To recruit members for the Hestia Familia in the War Game, Hermes visited Ryuu again, this time in her room. She wasn't sure if he saw he saw her as a jack of all trade and reminded him of the fact. Hermes asked her to do it for Syr, causing Ryuu to wonder why her name was brought up in the first place to which Syr apologized. Ryuu was worried that someone would recognize her by the way she fought though Hermes promised to spread false rumors about her to avoid that. He would also forge documents to the Guild about her information. Not wanting to leave Bell alone, Ryuu agreed to join the War Game for the Hestia Familia. Bell wandered through the streets looking for his companions before eventually ending up at an eastern style brothel known as Yuukaku. He had heard of the Eastern Lands from his grandfather and unconsciously entered. While inside he locked eyes for a second with a blonde haired green eyed Runarl. At that moment someone recognized him and he found Hermes standing right next to him. Hermes misunderstood as to why Bell was there and decided that he was of age and interested in women. Bell desperately tried to convince Hermes to no use with Hermes even asking if Bell wanted to know how to pick out girls. Hermes told Bell not be so shy and promised not to tell Hestia while handing him a small transparent chess piece shaped container filled with aphrodisiac. He then ran off and Bell followed after to try and clear up the misunderstanding and return the aphrodisiac. After leaving Bell in the Entertainment District, Hermes arrived at his destination which turned out to be Ishtar's room, delivering something that she wanted. While there, Ishtar asked Hermes if he knew any weaknesses Freya may have. He tried to keep his mouth shut but was forcefully charmed by her and the information about Bell was forced out of him. Ishtar took an interest in Bell who Freya had her eye on and thought up of a plan to get back at her. Two days after Bell's return from the Entertainment District, Hermes arrived at the Hestia Familia home and asked Bell if anything happened to him, such as a group of Amazonesses chasing him. He also offered to listen to any troubles they may have and took Bell and Mikoto to the Wishe Café. The two of them told Hermes about Haruhime and their attempts to take her back. Hermes thought about it for a moment and suggested buying her from the Ishtar Familia. Both of them agreed to it but were shocked when they were told that the price was around 3,000,000 valis. Hermes asked about who they were trying to free and was surprised when he heard that it was a Runarl. Despite going against his methods, he revealed to them that he transported an item known as a Killing Stone and left.

Freya

Freya has a look that is superior and outstanding among the gods; white skin like that of fresh snow, she is slim yet tall with a curvy figure and with light silver hair. Her eyelashes are long and seems to be enveloped by light. A goddess of charm and beauty. It is noted that she has a completely perfect golden ratio. Her clothes are in large part black and red, they expose most of her stomach and breasts.

Freya is flirtatious, loves to tease and has an unending appetite for talented Adventurers. She sees the best and talented Adventurers and will obtain them at no matter what the cost. She first appeared at the God's Banquet. She walked towards Hephaestus as she was chatting with Hestia. Soon, Loki called them and Hestia had a fight with Loki. After it ended, she told Hephaestus that she has heard what she wanted to hear and thus left the party. Some days later, she was in a cafe facing the Main Street with Loki and Aiz. After some discussion, she hinted to Loki that she is interested in a particular child. Seeing him down on the street, she abruptly stopped the conversation to chase after him. Inside an alley, she bumped into Hestia and found out that the boy who she was chasing was from the Hestia Familia. During the Monster Festival, she purposely released 9 beasts in an attempt to take Hestia's life in order to steal Bell. She even ordered a Silverback to hunt her down, however, it ended in a failure and at the roof top, while she apologised to Hestia she wishes to meet them again. While Bell was walking in the city with Lili, Freya was looking at him from the top floor of the tower of Babel. Later, she took a book and wanted her Familia, Ottar, to pass it to him. However, thinking otherwise, she decided to leave the book at that place where she first encountered that boy. While watching Bell's growth, Freya asked Ottar what Bell is afraid of to which he answers that it was the minotaur. Freya asks if Ottar is jealous of all the attention she's giving to Bell, and Ottar states that Freya's love is like the wind and no one has control over it, and so there's no reason to be jealous because her love extends to everyone and isn't bound. Satisfied with his answer, Freya allows Ottar to decide on how to have Bell get rid of his fear of the minotaur.

Freya, watching Bell and Aiz train, orders Allen to give her a warning. Allen takes the Gulliver Brothers and several other Level 1 Freya Familia members with them to ambush them on their way back from the training. Dressed in full black with visors covering their faces, Allen and the Gulliver Brothers attack Aiz while the Level 1 adventurers attack Bell and Hestia. Bell fought back against the adventurers and Hestia realized that they seemed to be testing his strength. After fighting back against the adventurers, Bell sees Allen attack Aiz and quickly uses Firebolt at him. The resulting Firebolt covered the area in fire. Satisfied, Allen and the Gulliver Brothers retreat while saying that they would report his growth to their master. The day after Bell's battle with the minotaur, Hestia reveals to him that defeating the minotaur raised his level, and also tells Bell that he gained the skill Argonaut. After having a laugh at learning that Bell wanted to be a hero, Hestia told him that she was going to the Denatus, the God's Meeting, as she was invited since Bell leveled up. At the Denatus, Hestia, Takemikazuchi, Hermes, Loki, Freya, Ishtar, Ganesha, Set, and several other Gods assembled to talk and decide on aliases. Set pleaded for a normal alias for Seti Selty but his pleas were rejected as Seti received the alias of Burning Fighting Fighter. Takemikazuchi also asked for the same but his pleas were rejected by the other Gods for being a "natural gigolo" and Yamato Mikoto was given the alias of Zetsu Ei. The Gods were surprised when they reached Bell's name and Loki accused Hestia of using illegal methods to raise his level. However, Freya came to her rescue and swayed all of the male Gods to her side. With Freya's intervention, Bell's alias was decided on as Little Rookie. After the Denatus Loki told Hestia to be wary of Freya as she had protected Bell. At the God's Banquet hosted by Apollo, Bell met Hermes, Asfi, Takemikazuchi, and Mikoto. As they were busy talking, everyone in the room was captivated by Freya and Ottar's entrance. Hermes, Takemikazuchi, Mikoto quickly averted their gazes to prevent themselves from being captivated by her beauty while Asfi didn't even bother to look. After looking around the banquet, Freya's gaze turned to Bell and she walked over to him. Freya asked him if he could show her a dream that night but Hestia quickly rejected her offer and snapped Bell out of Freya's beauty. Ottar bowed to them as they left and Loki approached with Aiz soon after. Loki wore a suit while Aiz wore a green dress which captivated Bell instantly and he thought that her beauty rivaled Freya's own beauty. Loki complained to Hestia about her entrance being shadowed by Freya while Aiz talked with Bell. Hestia noticed that Loki was wearing a suit and took the opportunity to make a jab at her flat chest. This enraged Loki, making her counter with her claim that Aiz was better than Bell. The situation escalated into a argument on whose Familia member was better. In the end Hestia dragged Bell off while Loki dragged Aiz off. Bell wanted to talk to her more but knew that normally they wouldn't even have the opportunity to be with each other. Overwhelmed by the rich atmosphere of the banquet, Bell took a moment to rest near a balcony. While there he overheard bits of a conversation between Hyacinthus and Zanis Lustra with his improved senses. He is then approached by Hermes who was wondering if Bell was going to dance. He asked Bell whether he had a girl in mind and Bell's gaze fell on Aiz. Hermes saw this and a smirk formed on his face. Hermes dragged Bell across the room to Aiz against his will. Hestia and Loki were still in the midst of an argument and Aiz didn't know what to do. Seeing Bell and Hermes approach, she left the two Gods to talk with them. Bell was horrified when Hermes asked Aiz to a dance and Aiz herself didn't know what to do. She was about to decline his offer when Hermes made up an excuse of having something to do and forced Bell to ask her for a dance instead of him. Bell was extremely nervous but managed to ask Aiz to dance with him, which she happily accepted. Bell led Aiz out to the dance floor hand in hand. They began dancing although both of them didn't know how to dance. After several errors, the pair received advice from Takemikazuchi and Mikoto as they danced past them. Bell and Aiz took this advice and their dancing improved. Aiz revealed to Bell that this was her first time dancing with someone. Although the two were enjoying their time together, there were others in the room that didn't like them being together. Hestia and Loki noticed them dancing and tried to stop them. Fortunately, Hermes noticed the situation and had Asfi restrain the two Goddesses and take them out to the balcony. Across the room, Freya was also unhappy with the situation and asked Ottar if he could bring a group of minotaur into the banquet, to which he replied that it was impossible. Bell and Aiz finished their dance and headed to the balcony to meet their respective Goddess. Both Goddesses were in a bad mood and tried forcing them to dance when Apollo appeared. Apollo announced to those gathered that he was planning on challenging Hestia to a War Game. Hestia, realizing that the whole fight in the bar was staged, became angry and quickly dragged Bell out of the banquet before anything else happened.

Liliruca Arde

Liliruca Arde is a member of the Hestia Familia. She is about 100 cm tall (Approximately 3'2" ) with a petite body. In Chienthrope form, she has short maroon colored hair and eyes. Also, her head has a pair of fur-covered ears and a tail behind her back. In Pallum form, she has chestnut-coloured, shoulder length hair covering the neck.

She seems to portray as having a double personality. One shows off when she is despising herself; and the other is her normal cheerful self. After she is saved by Bell, she becomes much closer to him and also develops feelings for him.She was born to parents belonging to the Soma Familia so even at the moment of her birth, she was obliged to join. However, her parents did not look after her but told Lili to constantly earn money for them. Her parents even got killed in a dungeon leaving Lili to fend for herself. The Soma Familia did not take care of her and bullied her. Also she became lonely and isolated. They only cared on how much money she can make so they can have Soma's true wine. One day she was able to drink the <God's Wine (Soma)> when it was distributed to the faction, and she acquired the Magic called Cinder Ella. She tried to be an Adventurer but didn't have the talent and could only change her career into a Supporter. Since the Adventurers looked down on her role and likewise bullied (Not giving rewards, Not healing her, etc) her, she despised them and eventually 'left' the Familia to try and be a normal person. However, <Soma's Familia> found her and inflicted misery on the old couple who took care of her. Thus she too started hating the God Soma as well as all the Adventurers. To conclude, she came back to work under the <Soma Familia> as a Supporter. A weak and frail Supporter and one with the least important role, she decided betray them eventually and she started stealing, cheating and lying towards the various Adventurers she came in contact with. Lili, in her Chienthrope form, was chased by a male adventurer when she bumped into Bell. When Bell tried to protect her from the mans sword, Ryuu barged in to stop the commotion and Lili escaped. The next day, she approached Bell to be his Supporter for the day. Indicating that profits can be split 70% to Bell, while 30% for her. Later, they both journeyed into the 7th floor of the dungeon. After defeating the 12 monsters, Lili passed a knife and requested Bell to carve a Killer Ant that was killed on the wall. Little did he know that she had taken his dagger during the carve. After carving, the party was disbanded.

Later, she was walking in the Main Street Area and entered a shop to sell the stolen knife. However, after testing it, the shop owner concluded that it was a dead knife. Thus, she left the shop and bumped into Syr and Ryu. Ryu confronted Lili, dropping the knife and fleeing the scene. As Bell was searching for his missing dagger, he bumped into the running Lili and shortly after, Ryu and Syr followed. Ryu then procured his missing dagger saying a male Hobbit stole it. The following day, they both went to hunt in the 7th floor again and bagged 26,000 valis. Then, after dividing the valis 50/50, they went for dinner. The day after Bell and Lili reformed their partnership, they lounged at an open air cafe. Discussing Lili's current situation of being considered "dead" to her familia, the Soma Familia. Two days after Bell defeated the minotaur, a party was held for Bell at the Hostess of Fertility. Bell and Lili had Syr and Ryuu join them. Ryuu asked Bell whether he had any party members other than the two of them to which he admitted that he didn't. She warned him that to go deeper in the dungeon he needed more party members. Bell thought about it but couldn't think of anyone that could join, as the only candidate, Naaza had a trauma about the dungeon after almost dying. As Bell contemplated on what to do, a drunk Mord came over and told him that they would help him if Bell shared the girls that were with him, wondering how much Bell paid for them to be with him. Bell was disgusted at Mord and at his companions who were leering at Syr and Lili. Mord made a fatal mistake when he tried to place his hand on Ryuu's shoulder. Ryuu took Bell's glass, emptied it, and covered Mord's hand with it. She twisted the glass and pushed him away from her. Arnya and Chloe smashed chairs over the heads of Mord's level two companions and knocked them out in one hit while complaining the men were a handful to deal with. Lunoire cautioned them while cleaning plates, telling them that their Elf was vicious and they'd better not fight with her. Mord became angry and drew his weapon to attack Ryuu. Mia smashed a table to intimidate them and told them to leave or else. Mord paid for their food and dragged his companions out of the Hostess of Fertility. Bell, Lili, and Welf headed down to the middle floors for the first time after forming a party. While there, they are passed on a whole group of monsters by Yamato Mikoto, Kashima Ouka, Hitachi Chigusa, and three other adventurers from the Takemikazuchi Familia. Overwhelmed and near death, they try escaping using Lili's items and succeed for a temporary amount of time. Through Lili's advice the party decides to head to Rivira on the 18th Floor, a floor where no monsters are born. To help their party, Hestia organizes a party consisting of her, Hermes, Asfi Al Andromeda, Ryuu Lyon, Yamato Mikoto, Ouka, and Chigusa. Later on, Bell, Liliruca, and Welf reach the 18th Floor only to be confronted by the Goliath. Having no way of fighting it in their current condition, Bell narrowly managed to escape while carrying Lili and Welf. They successfully escape but start to lose when consciousness when Aiz Wallenstein saves them. Aiz brought them to the Loki Familia camp near Rivira. She revealed that they were on their way back from an expedition but they were camping there for a few days to treat injuries. Aiz takes Bell to meet Finn Deimne, Riveria Ljos Alf, and Gareth Landrock. On the way back, Bell met Tione Hiryute and Tiona Hiryute, discovering that they saw his status after the fight with the minotaur. He was surprised that Tiona referred to him as "Argonaut-kun". After the introductions Bell returned to his tent to talk with Lili and Welf. The Loki Familia invite them to eat with them and Bell sat between Aiz and Lili. Later on, Tione and Tiona forced themselves next to him and asked him about how to get all skills to S. Bell didn't know if "hard work" was a valid answer and was saved when he heard a loud sound. Bell, Lili, Welf, and Aiz go to investigate and found the rescue party. After discussing the situation, the party members decide to spend a couple days with the Loki Familia. Bell also made a promise with Aiz to have her guide him through Rivira the following day. Bell, Lili, and Welf celebrated their victory over the Goliath and Welf's Rank Up at a bar called the Hibachitei. Also at the bar were Luan Espel of the Apollo Familia along with Hyacinthus and some other members. Luan began insulting the Hestia Familia and they took the insults before Luan began insulting Hestia. Bell lost it at this point and attacked Luan, forcing both sides to join in. Hyacinthus landed a hard punch on Bell but before the battle could get any farther Bete complained about their attitude and disrupted the mood. Bete helped Bell up by grabbing his shirt and told him to not get ahead of himself. Bete then left the bar with several other Loki Familia members following him. Welf and Lili were waiting for Bell to arrive so that they could enter the Dungeon. They wondered why Bell was late when they heard that the Hestia Familia was being attacked by the Apollo Familia and quickly ran to his aid. While running from the Apollo Familia members, Bell noticed the emblem of the Soma Familia on various adventurers and realized that the Apollo Familia wasn't the only Familia after him. He remembered seeing Hyacinthus and Zanis discussing something during the banquet held by Apollo the night before. While he looked at them, he heard something behind him and turned to see Hyacinthus land on the ground and come after him with a flamberge. Bell intercepted the blow with his Hestia Knife but was blown away due to the difference in strength. Hyacinthus proceeded to overwhelm Bell in terms of strength and beat him out of jealousy because of the attention Apollo was giving him. Hestia pleaded for him to stop but Hyacinthus simply stated that they were going to heal him later so it wouldn't hurt to cut off an arm or a leg. As he was about to do so, Naaza sniped him with several arrows, forcing Hyacinthus to dodge. Bell took the opportunity to grab Hestia and run away. He didn't get far before the Apollo Familia attacked him with magic and he hit the ground. An Elf named Lissos told Bell to surrender but at that moment Mikoto, Ouka, Chigusa, and the members of the Takemikazuchi Familia came to his aid along with Miach. Miach told Bell to run as far as they could while they kept the Apollo Familia busy. Bell ran as told and was again about to be captured until Lili and Welf appeared and helped him escape again. After helping him escape, Lili saw that the Soma Familia was helping the Apollo Familia and was shocked when she saw Zanis appear. Zanis revealed that they were only doing this for money and threatened Lili. She had no choice but to follow his orders and left with him after saying goodbye to Welf.

Yamato Mikoto

Yamato Mikoto is a member of the Hestia Familia.  Mikoto has black hair and black eyes. She wears a purple kimono with her katana at her waist. Mikoto has an honorable personality, unwilling to use cowardly tactics even in an emergency. She also likes taking baths. Bell made an excuse that he was looking for the entrance to the 19th Floor and Aiz apparently seemed to believe it. Aiz asks if she is a bother to which Bell accidentally lets slip that he was happy that she was with him and quickly tries to hide it. Aiz calls Bell by his name for the first time, making him even more joyous on the inside. However, Hestia appeared to ruin the moment and drag Bell off. During the afternoon Tiona invites Tione, Aiz, Hestia, Asfi, Mikoto, and Chigusa to go bathing in the river. At the same time Hermes invites Bell to go somewhere with him. After traveling through the forest for a while, Hermes revealed that they were going to peek at the women bathing in the river. Bell, not wanting to do something like that, tried to take Hermes back with him to their camp. Hermes struggled against him and the two fell down to the river. They are then spotted by the seven girls. Tione and Tiona are impressed by his daring and make no effort to cover themselves from Bell, while Hestia, Asfi, Mikoto, and Chigusa are embarrassed by the presence of the two men. Bell's gaze ends up on Aiz near the waterfall and he saw her completely naked as well. Embarrassed, Bell runs as fast as he can out of the area and into the woods. After wandering through the woods, Bell stumbled upon a cave with someone bathing. He remembered the story of a man that stumbled upon a fairy bathing and was shot with an arrow. His fears were confirmed when the person threw a knife at him. Bell immediately recognized the person as Ryuu and saw her completely naked as well. Bell quickly apologized and Ryuu had him turn around while she changed back into her clothes. He asked why Ryuu was bathing in a place like this and she revealed to him aout her past. Ryuu asks Bell to come with her and shows him the grave of her former Astraea Familia members.

During the War Game, Mikoto attacked from the north side of the castle. At first she easily neared the castle before Luan warned everyone around him of her attack. Hearing him, she quickly ran while chanting for her magic. The Apollo Familia members thought she had a Magic Sword like Ryuu before they realized it was just a sword. Mikoto forced her way through the north wall to the center garden where she finished chanting for Futsunomitama. A purple field of gravity enveloped a good number of Apollo Familia members which she took down with her in a suicide attack. Several days after the War Game, the members of the Hestia Familia toured their new home which was the mansion formerly owned by the Apollo Familia. Hestia declared that she would use the money won to renovate the whole place and get rid of Apollo's interests such as his statues. Mikoto asked for a bath while Welf asked for a blacksmith's workplace. Hestia decided to have the Familia members decide on an emblem before that although she already prepared one. Lili, Welf, and Mikoto took a look and immediately realized that the emblem symbolized Bell and Hestia. Bell took a look at it and saw that it was a bell with fire. Hestia refused any objections since the Hestia Familia started from the two of them. Hestia then announced the start of the new Hestia Familia.

Welf Crozzo

Welf Crozzo is a member of the Hestia Familia. Welf is a teenaged adventurer with short, spike red hair and long side burns. He has "A normal figure with cool appearance." - as described by Bell. He usually wears a black kimono tied together by a lazily tied belt. He even wore this during the creation of Ushiwakamaru. He also sports a dark-blue ascott, as well as white pants and black shin-high boots. Welf Crozzo is a straight forward and honest person. Holding a grudge toward his bloodline, which contain Spirit's power. He refused to make any magical swords, despite having an overflow of smithing talent.

Three days after Bell defeated the minotaur, Bell went to the Babel to get a replacement for the armor destroyed while fighting the minotaur. While there he heard Welf arguing with several employees over why his merchandise was being placed on the end. They told him that his merchandise would be moved to a better location if he sold any. Bell, not knowing that the man in front of him was Welf, walked over and asked for armor made by Welf Crozzo. Welf was overjoyed and told the employees that even he had customers before taking Bell out of the store. Out in the hall, Welf introduced himself and asked if Bell would be interested in a personal contract to have him as his personal smith. Bell accepted and Welf joined their party. Bell, Lili, and Welf headed down to the middle floors for the first time after forming a party. While there, they are passed on a whole group of monsters by Yamato Mikoto, Kashima Ouka, Hitachi Chigusa, and three other adventurers from the Takemikazuchi Familia. Overwhelmed and near death, they try escaping using Lili's items and succeed for a temporary amount of time. Through Lili's advice the party decides to head to Rivira on the 18th Floor, a floor where no monsters are born. To help their party, Hestia organizes a party consisting of her, Hermes, Asfi Al Andromeda, Ryuu Lyon, Yamato Mikoto, Ouka, and Chigusa. Later on, Bell, Liliruca, and Welf reach the 18th Floor only to be confronted by the Goliath. Having no way of fighting it in their current condition, Bell narrowly managed to escape while carrying Lili and Welf. They successfully escape but start to lose consciousness when Aiz Wallenstein saves them. Aiz brought them to the Loki Familia camp near Rivira. She revealed that they were on their way back from an expedition but they were camping there for a few days to treat injuries. Aiz takes Bell to meet Finn Deimne, Riveria Ljos Alf, and Gareth Landrock. On the way back, Bell met Tione Hiryute and Tiona Hiryute, discovering that they saw his status after the fight with the minotaur. He was surprised that Tiona referred to him as "Argonaut-kun". After the introductions Bell returned to his tent to talk with Lili and Welf. The Loki Familia invite them to eat with them and Bell sat between Aiz and Lili. Later on, Tione and Tiona forced themselves next to him and asked him about how to get all skills to S. Bell didn't know if "hard work" was a valid answer and was saved when he heard a loud sound. Bell, Lili, Welf, and Aiz go to investigate and found the rescue party. After discussing the situation, the party members decide to spend a couple days with the Loki Familia. Bell also made a promise with Aiz to have her guide him through Rivira the following day.

Bell, Lili, and Welf celebrated their victory over the Goliath and Welf's Rank Up at a bar called the Hibachitei. Also at the bar were Luan Espel of the Apollo Familia along with Hyacinthus and some other members. Luan began insulting the Hestia Familia and they took the insults before Luan began insulting Hestia. Bell lost it at this point and attacked Luan, forcing both sides to join in. Hyacinthus landed a hard punch on Bell but before the battle could get any farther Bete complained about their attitude and disrupted the mood. Bete helped Bell up by grabbing his shirt and told him to not get ahead of himself. Bete then left the bar with several other Loki Familia members following him. Welf and Lili were waiting for Bell to arrive so that they could enter the Dungeon. They wondered why Bell was late when they heard that the Hestia Familia was being attacked by the Apollo Familia and quickly ran to his aid. While running from the Apollo Familia members, Bell noticed the emblem of the Soma Familia on various adventurers and realized that the Apollo Familia wasn't the only Familia after him. He remembered seeing Hyacinthus and Zanis discussing something during the banquet held by Apollo the night before. While he looked at them, he heard something behind him and turned to see Hyacinthus land on the ground and come after him with a flamberge. Bell intercepted the blow with his Hestia Knife but was blown away due to the difference in strength. Hyacinthus proceeded to overwhelm Bell in terms of strength and beat him out of jealousy because of the attention Apollo was giving him. Hestia pleaded for him to stop but Hyacinthus simply stated that they were going to heal him later so it wouldn't hurt to cut off an arm or a leg. As he was about to do so, Naaza sniped him with several arrows, forcing Hyacinthus to dodge. Bell took the opportunity to grab Hestia and run away. He didn't get far before the Apollo Familia attacked him with magic and he hit the ground. An Elf named Lissos told Bell to surrender but at that moment Mikoto, Ouka, Chigusa, and the members of the Takemikazuchi Familia came to his aid along with Miach. Miach told Bell to run as far as they could while they kept the Apollo Familia busy. Bell ran as told and was again about to be captured until Lili and Welf appeared and helped him escape again. After helping him escape, Lili saw that the Soma Familia was helping the Apollo Familia and was shocked when she saw Zanis appear. Zanis revealed that they were only doing this for money and threatened Lili. She had no choice but to follow his orders and left with him after saying goodbye to Welf. Bell and Hestia continued to run away. Hestia told Bell that she wouldn't mind going wherever as long as he was with her and proceeded to confess her feelings for him. Unfortunately for Hestia, Bell responded by saying that he respected her, although in his mind he knew what she meant. Hestia finally made up her mind and told Bell to head south west where they ended up at the Apollo Familia home. She forced her way inside and was met by Apollo with Luan at his side. Hestia ordered Luan to hand her his glove and he willingly handed it over. Hestia threw it at Apollo's face and accepted his War Game. Several Gods and Goddesses appeared from around the garden and immediately the news of the War Game caused an uproar across Orario. Bell was surprised at her decision but Hestia told him that she would try to get him a week for him to train. Welf arrived soon after and reported Lili's kidnapping by the Soma Familia. Hestia ordered Bell to leave the Hestia Knife with her and go train while Welf would attack the Soma Familia and take Lili back. During the War Game, Luan Espel opened the gate on the castle's west wall, allowing Bell and Welf to enter. While everyone was shocked, the "Luan Espel" turned out to be Lili disguised using Cinder Ella. The real Luan was captured and held in a warehouse on the outskirts of Orario. Lili knew the layout of the castle and quickly led them to the hallway in front of the entrance to the tower where Hyacinthus was. Daphne was shocked by "Luan's" betrayal and led several mages and archer to incercept them. Welf noticed them and defeated all of the mages using his magic, taking out the archers along with them due to the Ignis Fatuus. The confused allowed Bell to slip past Daphne and head to the tower. She tried to stop him but Welf blocked her way, saying that they should fight with weapons. Several days after the War Game, the members of the Hestia Familia toured their new home which was the mansion formerly owned by the Apollo Familia. Hestia declared that she would use the money won to renovate the whole place and get rid of Apollo's interests such as his statues. Mikoto asked for a bath while Welf asked for a blacksmith's workplace. Hestia decided to have the Familia members decide on an emblem before that although she already prepared one. Lili, Welf, and Mikoto took a look and immediately realized that the emblem symbolized Bell and Hestia. Bell took a look at it and saw that it was a bell with fire. Hestia refused any objections since the Hestia Familia started from the two of them. Hestia then announced the start of the new Hestia Familia.

Hestia

Hestia is a Goddess and head of the Hestia Familia. Hestia is a beautiful petite goddess whose appearance seems to be that of a little girl or teen. She has roundish blue eyes and light-black hair tied into two twin tails. Her hair reaches down to her mid thigh. The two twin tails are held up by bows that resemble white and blue flower petals and two rectangular "bell" shaped ornaments. She has a small frame (4' 2"), which further emphasizes her breasts; hence the nickname "Loli Big-boobs". Hestia's usual attire is a white mini dress with a blue ribbon around her collar and one tied under her breasts around her arms, and a pair of white gloves. She is usually barefoot, but occasionally will wear a pair of white flip-flops.

Hestia is an energetic and kind goddess who sees potential in Bell. Hestia is a hard worker, and works many jobs to support the two; while Bell goes into the dungeon to level up and gain experience. Hestia tends to be shown as very petty, and gets jealous easily when girls - namely Aizu - show interest in Bell. Another reason she becomes upset when Bell interacts with other girls, is because she has untold feelings for him. Hestia is shown to have a lewd side, as she often sneaks into Bell's bed and sleeps with him. Despite seeming mature and dependable, Hestia is in truth, a lazy goddess. Before taking Bell into her familia, she couldn't get a job or put effort into work; until her friends kicked her out and relieved her to be a glutton. Hestia had always been eating food she'd scavenged from others, as she couldn't pay for her own meals. After descending to the Lower World, Hestia was taken care of by her friend, Hephaestus. Soon after, she was asked to live on her own and was given a room at an abandoned church. Hestia tried to create her own familia but wasn't able recruit any one person. After failing to recruit for the 50th time, she noticed Bell and decided to secretly follow him. Hestia found out that Bell had been trying to enter a familia, but was rejected multiple times and seemed to be in the same boat. Hestia then took the chance to recruit him, which Bell happily agreed upon; becoming the first member of her familia. She took Bell to a bookstore, the location she already decided beforehand, and granted her Falna to her first dependent. After Bell returns from his near-death experience in the dungeon, he tells everything to Hestia. She then proceeds to update Bell's status, while telling him he should stop pursuing a girl from another familia. When she gave Bell a copy of his updated status, he noticed that it looked like something was erased from the skill section. Hestia lied to Bell, telling him that her "hand just slipped." She didn't want to tell him that he had a very rare, and very powerful skill; Single Minded Pursuit. After Bell's return from his love-crazy-fueled dungeon expedition, Hestia once again updated Bell's status. Upon his status revelation, she was shocked to find his stats had grown immensely. She immediately began to connect the dots: Bells skill had allowed him to grow so fast due to his focus on Aiz. Hestia immediately became jealous of Bell's fixation on Aizu, and proceeded to storm out of the roost; giving him the silent treatment. When Hestia returned home, she noticed Bell's absence. Due to the late hour that it was, she began to search for him. After failing to find Bell, Hestia became worried. The Goddess was about to leave for a second search when her head bumped on the door that the arriving Bell was opening from the other side. Hestia noticed Bell's injuries and became furious. She dislikes when he goes to the dungeon without any preparations; or even wearing his armor. Even though she wanted to scold him, Hestia stayed silent when she noticed Bell's depressed look. She could tell that something was wrong when he proceeded to say, "I want to get strong." This statement filled Hestia's heart once again for adoration for Bell. Bell's status was once again updated and just like last time, his ability proficiency had grown at an astounding rate. Hestia wanted to help him in his quest to become stronger. With Bell's resolve in mind, she attended Ganesha's Banquet; to secretly seek out the help of her friend, Hephaestus. At the God's Banquet, Hestia met up Hephaestus and begged her to make a weapon for Bell. Hephaestus turned down her request, But Hestia refused to take no for an answer. She continued to beg and even used the dogeza that Takemikazuchi taught her. She performed this tactic for three days straight. Hephaestus was moved by Hestia's dedication and sincerity, and then decided to personally create a weapon for Bell. After the weapon was made, Hestia went to deliver it to Bell. Taking notice of the festivities around, she soon lost track. After meeting up with Bell and wandering around the plaza, enjoying themselves, they were faced against a Silverback, a monster that was to be featured in the ongoing Monster Festival. Bell noticed that the monster was specifically targeting Hestia, and made the decision to prioritized Hestia's safety. He used himself as bait, trying to buy Hestia time to flee. Remembering Bell's wish, Hestia turned back and followed him, Reminding him of his promise to her to "Never leave her alone." Hestia then updated Bell's status and revealed to him the weapon she'd been carrying, Hestia's Dagger. The high quality dagger heavily contributed to Bell's victory.

After Bell defeated the monster, Hestia collapsed, due to fatigue. Bell brought her to the Hostess of Fertility to rest. The day after Bell's battle with the minotaur, Hestia reveals to him that defeating the minotaur raised his level, and also tells Bell that he gained the skill Argonaut. After having a laugh at learning that Bell wanted to be a hero, Hestia told him that she was going to the Denatus, the God's Meeting, as she was invited since Bell leveled up. At the Denatus, Hestia, Takemikazuchi, Hermes, Loki, Freya, Ishtar, Ganesha, Set, and several other Gods assembled to talk and decide on aliases. Set pleaded for a normal alias for Seti Selty but his pleas were rejected as Seti received the alias of Burning Fighting Fighter. Takemikazuchi also asked for the same but his pleas were rejected by the other Gods for being a "natural gigolo" and Yamato Mikoto was given the alias of Zetsu Ei. The Gods were surprised when they reached Bell's name and Loki accused Hestia of using illegal methods to raise his level. However, Freya came to her rescue and swayed all of the male Gods to her side. With Freya's intervention, Bell's alias was decided on as Little Rookie. During breakfast the following day Bell is served a sweet fruit making him leave as he didn't like extremely sweet food. While walking around Aiz appeared and asked about him. Bell made an excuse that he was looking for the entrance to the 19th Floor and Aiz apparently seemed to believe it. Aiz asks if she is a bother to which Bell accidentally lets slip that he was happy that she was with him and quickly tries to hide it. Aiz calls Bell by his name for the first time, making him even more joyous on the inside. However, Hestia appeared to ruin the moment and drag Bell off. During the afternoon Tiona invites Tione, Aiz, Hestia, Asfi, Mikoto, and Chigusa to go bathing in the river. At the same time Hermes invites Bell to go somewhere with him. After traveling through the forest for a while, Hermes revealed that they were going to peek at the women bathing in the river. Bell, not wanting to do something like that, tried to take Hermes back with him to their camp. Hermes struggled against him and the two fell down to the river. They are then spotted by the seven girls. Tione and Tiona are impressed by his daring and make no effort to cover themselves from Bell, while Hestia, Asfi, Mikoto, and Chigusa are embarrassed by the presence of the two men. Bell's gaze ends up on Aiz near the waterfall and he saw her completely naked as well. Embarrassed, Bell runs as fast as he can out of the area and into the woods. After wandering through the woods, Bell stumbled upon a cave with someone bathing. He remembered the story of a man that stumbled upon a fairy bathing and was shot with an arrow. His fears were confirmed when the person threw a knife at him. Bell immediately recognized the person as Ryuu and saw her completely naked as well. Bell quickly apologized and Ryuu had him turn around while she changed back into her clothes. He asked why Ryuu was bathing in a place like this and she revealed to him aout her past. Ryuu asks Bell to come with her and shows him the grave of her former Astraea Familia members.

Bell Cranel

Bell Cranel is the main male protagonist. He is an aspiring adventurer in the goddess Hestia's Familia. After he leveled up to Level 2, he received the title Little Rookie, and the title Record Holder. Bell Cranel is a young teenager with white hair and crimson eyes; often compared to a rabbit. He prefers wearing lightweight armor and wears a hip-length beige coat with a small black patch on his right breast. Underneath is a long-sleeved black shirt. His pants are also basic-black, held up by a grey-beige belt with silver buckle. His foot-wear are a pair of shin-high, dark beige boots -with slight heel.

Bell is a kind, yet shy boy and is easily intimidated when facing a stronger opponent. He cares deeply for the people around him, especially his Goddess, Hestia. He considers her like family, after the death of his grandfather who was the last remaining blood-relative. Though it is a good trait, he is often scolded by people around him for his trusting nature. Bell's goals didn't start out pure, as he wanted to be a adventurer in hopes of picking up girls, even thinking of starting a harem. But, after failing to impress Aiz, Bell set out to become stronger, to better fit her standing and to become more hero-like. Bell was raised by his grandfather in a farming village near the labyrinth city Orario. He had heard and read many stories about heroes from his grandfather, forming his dream of aspiring to be a mighty one himself. In the past, Bell was almost killed by a Goblin and was saved by his grandfather. After his grandfather's death, he took it upon himself to leave the village. Traveling to the land of Orario to fulfill his dreams. Upon his arrival in the city, Bell attempted to enter numerous familias, but was rejected by each. Hestia, a Goddess, unable to find members willing to join her familia, asked him if he'd like to become the first member of her familia. Bell gladly accepted, and so started his new life, finally with a Goddess' blessing. Bell is an aspiring adventurer that dreams of having a romantic encounter in a dungeon. This made him venture further than the recommended floor for his level, and he was unlucky enough to encounter a stray Minotaur. Bell was almost killed, but was saved by Aiz Wallenstein. Moments after slaying the minotaur, Bell fell for Aiz. Recognizing his weak-looking state, he immediately ran away. After arriving back in town, he inquired a bit about Aiz from his dungeon adviser, Eina Tulle. He knew he had to become stronger just to be able to get closer to her, so this became Bell's goal. After preparing to enter the dungeon the next day, Bell was stopped by a waitress from the Hostess of Fertility, Syr Flova. After giving him the Magic Stone he'd dropped, she gave him a breakfast-bento in exchange for him eating dinner in their shop. He accepted it, and proceeded to enter the dungeon. After returning to their headquarters, Hestia updated Bell's status and was shocked at the increase in Bell's ability values. She knew that the sudden increase was due to Bell's new skill: Single Minded Pursuit (a.k.a Realis Phrase in the anime). Hestia then left Bell alone in the headquarters to attend an event. Bell, not knowing the reason why his Goddess had become angry, remembered his promise to Syr. He then headed to the pub to fulfill it.

Bell was served food and wine as well as being entertained by Syr, when a group from Loki's Familia entered the pub. Bell noticed that Aiz was among them. He secretly observed her from his corner, and was having a good time, up until the beastman of the group, Bete Louga brought up the incident from earlier in the day. Bete reminisced about the "tomato boy" that Aiz had saved, sending the eavesdropping Bell to become panicked. He fled the pub without thought, and headed straight for the dungeon to vent; although he was not properly geared. After recklessly entering the dungeon and fighting monsters as far as the 6th floor, Bell returned to his headquarters full of injuries. After treating his wounds, Hestia updated Bell's status. Both were shocked by the jump in his ability values. He was then told by Hestia to rest, and not to overexert himself since his injuries still had not healed. Hestia also informed Bell that she would attend a party, and would be gone for several days. Days after Hestia left, Bell was on his way to enter the dungeon once again. On his way, he was asked to run an errand by Arnya Flomel, a waitress at the Hostess of Fertility. He was to deliver Syr's purse that she'd forgotten on her way to the Monster Festival. Bell then met up with Hestia on his was on his way to the arena where the festival was being held. While looking for Syr, both were confronted by a Silverback, a monster that had escaped from the on going Monster Philia. Unbeknownst to them, the Silverback had been charmed by Freya to target Hestia. Bell protected her and attempted to escape. They ended up in the maze-like structure of Daedalus Road, hoping to lose the Silverback; but to no avail. Bell tried to convince Hestia to escape by herself, but Hestia was stubborn, not budging from his side. With backs against the wall, Bell was not confident in himself. Hestia proposed to Bell to fight against the monster after she updates his status. By using the new weapon she had acquired for Bell, he agreed. After completing the update, he fought against the Silverback using his new weapon, Hestia's Knife. He was finally able to defeat the monster. Moments after his victory, he saw Hestia had collapsed. Acting quickly, Bell got up to find help. While racing through crowd, he passed by Aiz and her Goddess, Loki, but he did not notice them. Meeting Syr by chance, he asked for her help, thus entering the <Hostess of Fertility>. Upon hearing that Hestia had collapsed due to fatigue, Bell calmed his nerves. He was then praised by Syr for his achievement in defeating the Silverback. Bell was scolded by Eina when he reported to her that he explored the 7th floor of the dungeons. He explained to her that his abilities were sufficient enough to explore past Eina's recommended floors. Eina then requested to see Bell's status so that she could confirm whether what Bell said was true or not. After seeing his stats were good enough, she accepted his request to go further down the dungeon, but insisted that he needed to have his equipment replaced. Bell and Eina went to the upper floors of Babel to buy new equipment. Bell found and bought a white light-weight breast-plate in a shop. Eina also gave him an additional piece as a gift. On his way home, Bell encountered a hobbit that was being pursued. He tried to protect the hobbit from its pursuer, and was about to fight him when a waitress from the Hostess of Fertility, Ryuu Lyon, appeared; stopping the fight. The day after, Bell met a Supporter named Liliruca Arde who introduced herself to him as a member of the Beastman race. She asked if he would make a party with her. After some consideration, Bell agreed, and proceeded to enter the dungeon with her. With Lili's assistance, Bell was able to concentrate more on his actions, and defeat multiple enemies on the 7th floor. After returning to the surface, Bell reported to Eina, telling her he had hired a Supporter. Eina then noticed that Bell's dagger was missing. He frantically searched for it, but to no avail. While searching for his knife, Bell noticed some commotion, where he found Lili, Ryuu and Syr. Lili become intimidated by Ryuu's presence, fleeing the scene. Ryuu returned Bell's knife, by lying that a hobbit had found it. Bell was ecstatic and thanked her profusely. Bell and Lili continued their partnership. One day, Lili was unable to come to the dungeon, due to a certain commitment. Bell used this opportunity to return the basket that Syr had used for the breakfast she'd given him. After apologizing to Seal for his actions, Bell considered ordering a meal to make up for it. Syr asked him if he was resting for today. Bell told her that he was unmotivated to go to the dungeon. Syr then recommended that he fill his spare time with reading, and gave him a book that had been left by a customer. Bell read the book, unaware that the book was a Grimoire; allowing Bell to acquired the magic skill: Firebolt. Upon learning this new magic skill, Bell became extremely excited, and immediately headed into the dungeon. He recklessly used the magic without knowing the repercussions. After many consecutive uses, Bell fainted; the magic had exhausted his Mental Power. He later woke up and noticed that he was enjoying a lap pillow from Aiz. Recognizing this, he immediately ran away.
