The Shocking Price Of BTS V’s Hotel For His Trip To Paris For CELINE’s Fashion Show

It has been over a week since BTS‘s V traveled to Paris to attend CELINE‘s Fashion Week show. Yet, unsurprisingly, it is still one of the hottest topics in K-Pop as the idol took to the streets of Paris for his CELINE schedules and shined in front of global audiences.

Well, it seems like when V accepted the invitation, CELINE was eager to make sure that the idol felt special and ensure that he attended the event.

In a recent behind-the-scenes look at V’s getting ready process for CELINE’s show at Paris Fashion Week, V himself proved his friendship with CELINE’s creative director Hedi Slimane. V explained that Hedi had personally invited him to attend. And as a supportive friend, V had really wanted to be there, saying, “I wanted to see him at his show, so here I am.”

Well, it seems like netizens have found even more proof that V was truly one of the star guests at the event… all because of the hotel V was staying at.

Luckily for ARMYs, V made sure to document every part of his journey in Paris, from leaving Korea to arriving at his hotel and more. It seems like CELINE ensured that V was comfortable in his stay as they roomed him in the prestigious Peninsula Hotel in Paris.

According to photos of the hotel and from V’s Instagram, it seems like V was staying in the “Rooftop” garden suite. According to the description on the website, the suite has a rooftop terrace with one of the most beautiful views of Paris.

The very first posts of V in Paris on the idol’s Instagram prove that the room truly lives up to the description. In the post, V was seen sitting on the balcony of his hotel room and showcasing not only his visuals but that of the beautiful Paris night sky.

Even as the sun started to set, V ensured that ARMYs and netizens were able to experience the beautiful views and surroundings he saw whenever he walked out of his door.

As expected from a luxury 5-star hotel, the inside of the suite was just as beautiful. On the website, the interior of the rooms was unsurprisingly sophisticated. The decor matched the Parisian vibes of the city with minimalistic decorations that combined modern and traditional designs…

And V proved that it was the perfect setting for the idol who has also been praised for his elegant and sophisticated visuals. Even V eating a chocolate Eiffel Tower seemed like something out of a high-fashion magazine.

If it wasn’t beautiful enough, the eye-watering price proves that CELINE wanted to make sure they showed their love and appreciation to the idol.

According to the website, one night in the beautiful suite costs around ₩17.0 million KRW (about $13,100 USD). Considering that V presumably stayed at the same hotel for all three nights of his stay, it would total ₩51.0 million KRW (about $39,300 USD).

For the luxury, the cost isn’t too surprising but the fact that CELINE wanted to give V one of the best rooms and experiences in Paris proves just how influential the idol is.

V truly proved to be CELINE’s “Golden Boy” during the event. Whether he was stealing the hearts of netizens or guests during the fashion show, V continued to prove why he is truly loved by everyone. With so much influence and popularity, one of the biggest global fashion brands is ensuring he’s treated with the utmost respect.

BTS’s V Finally Reveals The Reason Why He Keeps Deleting His Solo Songs He’s Worked On

BTS’s V has quite a reputation for creating beautiful music.

Unfortunately, he also has a reputation for deleting things, whether it’s Instagram posts, old demos, or unreleased songs.

So, anytime ARMYs get excited for V’s upcoming mixtape dubbed KTH1, he then reveals that he has deleted some songs he had been working on for it!

"Ah lol all the songs I upload are not going on the mixtape, I deleted them after uploading it. I apologize in advance, I don’t even remember" — V

"Since this is recent.. should I look for it in the trash? I wish I hadn’t emptied it Just hate my thumb"— V

Recently, BTS celebrated their 9th anniversary with a Festa Dinner Party. During it, they announced that they would be taking a season to focus on releasing solo projects.

While their statement was interpreted as meaning they would take a hiatus from group activities, HYBE, Jungkook, V, and RM reassured ARMYs that BTS still have plans as a group.

Still, each member also has plans to release their own solo work. So, in a new interview with Weverse Magazine following the release of BTS’s anthology album Proof, V spoke about his evolution as a solo artist and his choice to shelf his songs.

Interviewer Myungseok Kang asked him about V’s iconic moments from The 2022 GRAMMYs and his solo music. He referenced specifically V’s K-Drama OST for Our Beloved Summer.

"I think people already embrace your brand of freedom to some degree. The way people viewed your music changed after ‘Blue & Grey’ and ‘Christmas Tree.’ And I feel like people understand the image you’re trying to project, considering the particular type of scenes on TV that those two songs often appear in."— Myungseok Kang

V revealed he hasn’t quite cemented his brand yet, especially since he isn’t sure about listeners’ reactions. So, he plans to keep making solo music until he finds out.

"I’m not sure what people think of my songs because I can’t be there with them. I can’t see it with my own eyes. I’ll just have to try making more solo songs to find out. I think that way I can know for sure what lies ahead based on what direction my sound is taking and the stance it should take." — V

Myungseok Kang then addressed all of the unreleased songs V has teased. He asked, “Don’t you want to release any of your unreleased music?”

V divulged that he actually has shelved all of those songs and is currently in the process of writing new ones. Yet, he feels more confident already.

"I shelved all those songs and I’m writing new ones. But I think I’m doing a good job with the writing now. (laughs)"— V

Myungseok Kang inquired about V’s thought process when selecting what songs make the cut. V shared that it purely depends on his mood.

Myungseok Kang: How do you choose when to shelve a song and when to release it?

V: I don’t know. When the mood just strikes me? Maybe when I liked it on the day I made it and still like it when I hear it now, too.

V’s criteria are stiff. He can’t just like a song while he’s working on it. He has to enjoy it later when listening too.

"I don’t have any regrets. I just tell myself the next song should be better than the previous one and go make it."— V

Some may think V is hard on himself this way as he views his own music objectively. Yet, he doesn’t want to have regrets and release things he is unsatisfied with.

"I feel like I want to be as objective as I can be with myself when it comes to the songs I make. If I feel regret whenever that happens, I’ll become one of those people who just release songs even when they’re not satisfied with them. And then I wouldn’t be able to complete an album of my songs the way I envision it."— V

V’s style may be evolving, but his music overall is consistent in vibe. So, Myungseok Kang asked V, “Are there times when the very foundation of the music you’re working on changes as you’re working on it?”

"Your songs have been consistent, emotionally speaking, but your arrangements and composition have gradually been becoming more detailed."— Myungseok Kang

V shared how his music has evolved specifically. He has reached a new level.

"I think I’m trying to make them sound fuller. Like the richness of the tone or a fuller melody. I think I’ve reached that level now."— V

He explained that listeners should be able to hear the difference if they listen to his solo songs from the beginning to now. V’s voice has taken “on a deeper emotional power.”

"If you listen to all the songs I ever made from beginning to end in order, I hope you can tell both my voice and the entire atmosphere of the songs are taking on a deeper emotional power. It’s one of the most important goals I’ve ever tried to achieve."— V

BTS’s V Got Pissed At His Friends Because He Thought They Were “Bullying” Jimin

Taehyung asked his friends why they were ignoring Jimin.

Not many ARMYs may be aware of this, but BTS‘s V and Jimin started off their friendship earlier than the others.

They were actually friends ever since high school as they were in the same grade. 95s, anyone?

V went to Daegu Jeil High School and Jimin attended Busan Arts High School, but when they joined Big Hit Entertainment, they subsequently transferred to a new high school.

Because Jimin came from Busan, he had an accent that many of his classmates made fun of. Jimin knows the pains of being bullied, which is why he aims to spread kindness whenever he can.

Thankfully, since V and Jimin were schoolmates, V was there to defend him from the bullies!

This incident makes sense, considering that BTS has spoken about bullying before. In fact, they partnered with UNICEF to create an anti-bullying campaign. BTS always talks about spreading kindness and compassion instead, so if you know someone who harshly bullies others, let them know that BTS actually advocates finding love from within yourself and then spreading love to others.

Perhaps this is why V felt angry at his friends in high school for “ignoring” or “bullying” his best friend, Jimin.

OH MY GIRL‘s Seunghee, who also went to the same school, even recalled her own story about the two best friends. V enrolled in the high school first, and Jimin transferred later. Ever the social butterfly, V introduced Jimin to all of his friends so that they can all hang out together!

"I knew V first. When Jimin switched schools, he ended up in my class. V introduced me to Jimin and asked me to be his friend, so we all became buddies." — OH MY GIRL’s Seunghee

But there’s more to that story! As soon as Jimin arrived at the school, V introduced Jimin to the teachers and to his friends.

But then, during a mid-day break, V saw Jimin all alone at the back of the classroom. He was playing with his phone all by himself. V was enraged that Jimin was being ignored.

"I was surprised so I got angry at my friends and said, ‘Why are you not talking to my friend?’" — V

When V got angry, one of V’s friends explained that they weren’t ignoring him but had let him be after seeing his introverted personality.

"I talked for 20 minutes, but Jimin only answered my questions. He was quiet so I stopped talking." — V’s friend

Jimin was just shy with strangers! It was touching to find out that V got angry when he thought his best friend Jimin was being ignored. He considers Jimin as his “dearest friend” and his “soul mate,” after all.
