BTS’s Jungkook Debuts New Tattoos

BTS‘s maknae Jungkook is becoming well-known for his affinity for body modifications, including piercings and tattoos! Jungkook first debuted his tattoo sleeves in January of 2021. Yet, many ARMYs noticed the first tattoo as early as September 2019, during one of BTS’s breaks.

ARMYs and professional tattoo artists all love Jungkook’s tattoos. Not only are they unique, but it allows for Jungkook’s self-expression while also breaking K-Pop norms and stereotypes. Now, Jungkook has debuted some additional tattoos! On May 28 (KST), Jungkook left South Korea for the United States. BTS will speak at The White House press briefing ahead of their meeting with the President of the United States, Joe Biden, to discuss racial discrimination, anti-Asian hate crimes, Asian inclusion, and the importance of diversity. Eagle-eyed ARMYs noticed that there appeared to be some new tattoos on Jungkook’s left wrist. They pointed out that there is ink where there had not been before as he didn’t have it even in recent photoshoots.
