BLACKPINK Lisa’s track list for her first solo single, LALISA, was revealed online. This single includes the title track, “LALISA” and the track “MONEY,” for a total of two songs.

If you include the instrumental versions of each song, there is a total of four tracks on the single. YG’s Black Label producer Teddy and 24, Bekuh BOOM, R.Tee, and Vince worked on this album together.

YG Entertainment stated, “Both the title track and the b-side are both hip-hop genres with dynamic rhythms, melodies, and tough rap. The time has come for Lisa’s challenges and capabilities to shine.” Lisa’s first solo single will release on September 10 at midnight EST and 1 PM KST.

K-Pop girl group fromis_9 are the next artists to join global fan community platform Weverse. They recently released a special single album, Talk & Talk, and will officially join Weverse on September 6.

fromis_9 also recently moved to Pledis Entertainment and are taking over with their refreshing energy through their special single album. They are also making their way up both domestic and international charts since the release.

They plan to interact with fans even more through Weverse while promoting their most recent album release.

MMA Fighter Seo Jiyeon’s Sexual Assault Lawsuits Wrap Up With The Verdict “Not Guilty”- Trending News

MMA fighter Seo Jiyeon had previously been embroiled in a lawsuit and counter lawsuit with her former gym manager. It was reported in July that while she had accused him of committing sexual assault, thus filing a lawsuit against him, he countersued her for false charges.

However, it seems like a new piece of information has come up. On September 5, 2021, it was reported by TenAsia that the gym manager had also sued her for violating sexual assault acts including use of cameras. Allegedly, he had suspected her to have a photo containing his body in her phone, but upon asking for the phone, she had not agreed.

Based on this suspicion, in April 2021, the gym manager sued her for violating sexual assault acts as well.This means that there were a total of three lawsuits, one against the gym manager for sexual assault, and two against Seo Jiyeon – one for sexual assault and one for false charges. All lawsuits however, have concluded as “not guilty” as there was not enough evidence on both sides.

Many K-Pop idols have opened up about how difficult life as a trainee was, and Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon just revealed how she endured trainee life!

In a recent YouTube video for Elle Korea, Taeyeon answered fans’ questions and gave them advice. One fan asked, “I’m so tired of doing the same thing every day for my dream. How did you overcome your days as a trainee?”

K-Pop trainees spend nearly every day perfecting their singing, rapping, and dancing skills. Like anyone’s daily routine, a trainee’s daily routine can become monotonous, even if they know they’re working toward their dream.

Taeyeon said she relied on singing her favorite songs at first to get her through training. “I was just happy to sing and felt happy through it,” she said.

However, as time went by, Taeyeon’s standards for herself became higher and she started to stress herself out. She said, “I’m the type to scold myself to try harder and do my best.”

Taeyeon said life as a trainee was “so boring.” Her daily routine consisted of a morning workout, recording studio session, vocal and dance lessons, and practice.

She also had to deal with stressful evaluations.

Taeyeon revealed that her goal and vision for her future got her through all the boredom and stress. “It would be a lie if I say that I was never tired but even when I was tired, I had a clear goal in mind and I was confident that I was going to be the best,” she said.

Taeyeon said she stayed focused on her dream throughout her training and credited her focus as the reason she was able to endure trainee life and debut. “I really just tried to be focused and stay on top of it. I continued to try to be the best,” she said.

Taeyeon’s hard work and determination definitely paid off!

Han Seungyeon shared the hardships of her former girl group days in a recent interview.

The former KARA member, now turned actress is awaiting the theater premiere of her upcoming film, Show Me the Ghost and as a part of her promotions, she participated in an interview. During her time, she discussed her past as a former girl group member and the difficulties she had with her body image.

While she shared she’s much healthier now, Han Seungyeon admitted that due to the group’s stage outfits, the girls were “not allowed to eat.”

"It’s nice because now, I can eat freely compared to when I was promoting as a singer. Because of our stage outfits, we were not allowed to eat so we were always really sensitive." — Han Seungyeon

She continued by revealing that because of the tight and revealing outfits she would be required to wear, she would only eat “half of a snickers” to endure a day’s worth of activities. Due to the lack of food, Han Seungyeon was considered to be underweight, but the actress confessed that this was when she was told she was “the prettiest.”

The former idol member shared even more details about her former health problems, as she discussed the side effects she endured from her extreme dieting ways.

The harsh realities of the K-Pop industry will never fail to shock us, even as more and more idols confess to extreme details. We are glad to hear, however, that Han Seungyeon is feeling healthier than before.

Originally, the photo showed part of J-Hope’s iPhone peeking out from underneath his arm. While this might not seem like a big deal at first, he realized that it wouldn’t be appropriate to post…

Because he, as part of BTS, is one of the brand ambassadors for Samsung, a competitor to Apple. While this photo may be from the past, it would still be awkward for a Samsung ambassador to promote a competitor brand accidentally!

Korean Sex Offender Cuts Off Electronic Anklet And Murders 2 Women - Trending News

It has been confirmed that 50-year old Kang, who cut off his electronic anklet and fled, told the police that he “killed two women.” Kang also told the Songpa Police Station that his home was the location of the crime. Kang was charged with killing one victim before the escape and another victim after cutting off the electronic anklet and fleeing.

The police have identified the two female victims’ bodies and have sent investigator’s to Kang’s home to investigate the murder. Kang, who was released from prison in May of this year, after serving a prison sentence for special forced sexual assault, cut his anklet on August 27 around 5:30 PM KST in in a street in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu.

Upon finding out, the East Probation Service requested cooperation from the police and began tracking them. It was investigated that Kang threw his electronic anklet near Mongchontoseong Station on Subway Line 8. It is said that he took a rental car to Seoul Station and abandoned the car and fled.

At the start of the Showterview episode, Jessi pointed out how different the atmosphere was from the show’s usual recording space. She noted, “Compared to SBS, it’s way more serious in here.”

The process of entering HYBE took much longer than she anticipated. Jessi revealed, “To enter this room, it took me as long as thirty minutes.”

On top of the long security process just to enter the building, there were also strict rules to follow such as, “Photographs are not allowed!”

There was so much to go through that Jessi joked, “I won’t be able to come here again.”
